GPSpy (pronounced “GPS spy”)
Background
Your iPhone contains a very powerful GPS receiver. While the built-in Maps application is a great way to make use of your GPS, it hardly represents everything your phone is capable of. GPSpy unlocks your phone’s extra capabilities and lets you see all the data provided by your GPS.
With GPSpy you can see:
- Full longitude and latitude data, with estimated accuracy
- Current altitude, with associated accuracy
- Course (direction)
- Current speed
- Time of last GPS update
